This website and online store (rue.beauty) are operated by Kaya Commerce Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Rue Beauty (“Rue Beauty,” “we,” “us”). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your payment method.

We work to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Some imagery on this site is AI-generated and is meant to illustrate how a product is used. Our products are beauty tools, not medical devices, and our descriptions are not medical advice. We may correct errors in descriptions, images or availability at any time.

4. Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Promotions, discount codes and gifts are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or ended at any time. Promotions can’t be combined unless stated.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, belongs to Rue Beauty or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with our store. We may remove content at our discretion.

Products are provided for personal, cosmetic use. Results vary from person to person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Please follow the usage instructions and stop using any product that causes irritation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rue Beauty and Kaya Commerce Group LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
