Refund Policy

We want you to love your Rue Beauty tools. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work. Rue Beauty is operated by Kaya Commerce Group LLC, Florida.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Items we can’t accept back
For hygiene reasons, the following can’t be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived defective:
- Dermaplane razors that have been opened or used
- Smoothing pads once they have been applied
- Sleep masks and pillowcases once they have been used
- Other personal-care items that have been opened or used
FREE Mystery Gifts are free, so they can't be returned or refunded for cash.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? You can exchange an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange the swap.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or the problem was our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved (or your damage claim is approved), we will refund the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval; your bank may take extra time to post it.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We will reply with the next steps and the return address. Please don’t send items back before contacting us.
